Equipment Overview:
Rubber factory is used to prepare plastic rubber, mixing rubber or hot smelting, a roller exposed rubber mixing machine. The main working parts are two hollow rollers or drilling rollers that rotate inward in different directions. The front roller installed on the operator side is called the front roller, which can be moved horizontally forward and forward by manual or electric action to adjust the roll distance and adapt to the operation requirements. The back roller is fixed and cannot be moved back and forth. The size of the two rollers is generally the same, each at different speeds relative rotation, raw rubber or rubber material with the rotation of the roller is involved in the gap between the two rollers, subject to strong shear action to achieve the purpose of plasticizing or mixing. The open mill is also used in plastics processing and other sectors.
The open mill is short for the open plastic mill, and in the plastic products factory, people are used to calling it a two-roll machine. The open mixer is a kind of mixing plastic equipment which is used earlier in plastic products production factory. In the calender production line, the role of the smelting machine in front of the calender and after the mixing machine is to mix and plasticize the uniformly mixed raw materials to provide a more uniform melting material for the plastic products of the calender. In the production of cable material, the smelting machine directly combines the powdered material mixed according to the formula into a molten material, and then presses and molds it into a sheet strip, so that the granulator cuts it into pellets. In the floor leather production line, it can directly provide the mixed plasticized base coating for fabric leather. The recycled waste plastic film (sheet) can also be recycled in the open refining machine.

(2)Water-cooled, the surface temperature reaches normal temperature---water temperature through water circulation, and the temperature is uniform at the same time;
(3)The roller is made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron with a roller hardness (HRC) of 50-60. The surface is hard, wear-resistant and durable. The inner cavity of the roller is precision machined to ensure rapid and uniform cooling of the roller body;
(4)The machine adopts manual distance adjustment, digital display, easy and intuitive adjustment, accurate thickness control of 0.1~6mm, easy operation, and high safety factor;
(5)The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. When an emergency occurs, there are 7 safety control switches. There are emergency switches at the four corners, rear legs, front top pull rod, and rear top pull rod to facilitate multi-position braking and stop the machine quickly;
(6)If there is any abnormality, press any switch and the two rollers can automatically reverse 1/4 turn to improve the safety factor;
(7)The automatic refueling device has the advantage of ensuring long-term oil supply to transmission components, making up for the serious consequences of component damage caused by manual refueling and forgetting to replenish it.
(8)Adopt two motor drives, which can achieve any speed ratio of the front and rear rollers, and can be easily operated from both the front and rear;
(9) The integral bottom plate is easy to install. The transmission mode is single-axis output to ensure large torque. Imported bearings reduce friction to ensure power saving, low noise, and the thickness of the rubber material is uniform and parallel and controllable;
(10) The whole machine has high mechanical strength, and the transmission device is controlled by dual motors and dual inverters, with low noise and long service life;
