2. Since January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2017, medical equipment and monitoring equipment will be included in the scope of RoHS regulation.
3. The manufacturer should be listed on the product before make the EC conformity declaration and labeled with CE mark, and after the electronic electrical products listed, all technical documents must be retained and the declaration of EC conformity at least ten years.
4. If the material (s) listed in annex III (e.g., HBCDD, DEHP, DBP and BBP) by using the can't afford to harm to human health or the environment, will be based on the provisions of article 72 through 69 of the REACH regulation assessed, further the matter listed in annex IV of the restricted substances.
