The machine adopts hydraulic loading, Computer Display, easy and convenient to operate. It is mainly used to execute the tension, compression, bending, flexural etc. test for metal materials. Attached with

4. Frame:
The oil cylinder is at the bottom of the load frame,tension space is at the upside and compression &bending spaces are between lower crosshead and working table.It is adopting oil hydraulic power to push the piston in the oil cylinder to provide loading force.The lower crosshead is driven by motor throng decelerator,chain transmission device and screw pair to realize the adjustment of testing space.
5. Measuring System:
The machine control and measurement system absorb various types of advanced experience of the testing machine control, all digital electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control and measurement system, realized the constant stress, constant strain, constant speed test force, constant displacement, force keeping and displacement keeping etc control function.
