DH-QCS-2 Touch Screen Controlled Split Automobile Interior Combustion Tester,Automobile Interior Combustion Test Machine
Application:
Designed according to the requirements of the national standard GB8410-2006 "Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials", it also complies with the simulated combustion performance safety test items specified in the US Automobile Safety Technical Regulations FMVSS 571.302 and other standards, the German standard DIN7520 "Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials" and TL1010 "Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials". It is used to identify the horizontal combustion characteristics of interior materials of cars, multi-purpose passenger cars, trucks and buses.
The instrument has a reasonable structural design, convenient operation and maintenance, and the ignition system adopts high-voltage electronic ignition, which is safe and labor-saving.
Should be noted that: GB8410-2006 "Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials" 4.2.9 requires that the combustion box should be placed in a fume hood, the internal volume of the fume hood is 20-110 times the volume of the combustion box, and any dimension of the length, width and height of the fume hood shall not exceed 2.5 times of any of the other two dimensions. The vertical speed of the air flowing through the fume hood at the side beam 100mm before and after the final position of the combustion box should be between 0.10m/s-0.30m/s. The equipment has not been designed for these two regulations. If you have requirements for these two regulations, please choose the -3 model automobile interior material combustion test device.
In addition, the QCS-2 automobile interior material combustion test device adopts a split design. If the user considers implementing the requirements of the fume hood and wind speed in GB8410-2006 in the future, the fume hood can be customized and added by the user, and the equipment can still be used.
