Overview:

The horizontal vertical combustion tester is developed according to the standard UL94B and fully meets the technical requirements of the standards UL94-VO and 5V. In conjunction with a special sample holder, the horizontal vertical combustion tests of plastics can be carried out on the same instrument, and the test time can be automatically recorded. Compared with similar instruments, it has the advantages of high automation, accurate timing, and automatic display of test results.

This instrument are stipulated that after the samples placed horizontally and vertically in the laboratory are ignited with a small flame source, the burning speed, flame burning and flameless burning time of the samples will be measured.

The product box shell is galvanized sheet cold-rolled electrostatic spraying, and is equipped with a transparent observation window, which automatically records the flame, afterflame, and afterglow time, this machine has its own silent exhaust, and the test combustion smoke is safely discharged; the horizontal and vertical combustion sample clamps are controlled by motors, and the Bunsen burner automatically retracts after the flame is completed, reducing the tedious manual operation.

The tester is equipped with lighting device, exhaust device, gas flow regulating valve, gas pressure gauge, gas pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter, gas U-type pressure gauge. The sample fixture is made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion-resistant. The fixture is an integrated design for horizontal combustion and vertical combustion, which is easy to operate and saves space.

Specifications:

(1) Burner: Bunsen burner with inner diameter Φ9.5mm+0.3mm single gas and inner diameter Φ9.5mm±0.5mm.(2) Bunsen burner with air adjustment nut to adjust the blue flame height.

(3) Bunsen burner flame time: arbitrarily set.

(4) Burner test inclination: 0~45° adjustable, can be fixed every 5° between 0~45° and switch back and forth.

(5) Flame height: 20mm±1mm to 125mm±10mm adjustable.

(6) The Bunsen burner is quickly moved to the sample end by the motor. After the flame is applied, the Bunsen burner automatically retracts.

(7) Bunsen burner flame time: 0~999.9S+0.1s adjustable, arbitrarily set within the range, flame adjustment 20mm.(8) After-flame time: 0~999.9S+0.1s adjustable, the instrument automatically records, and manually pauses.

(10) The test gas source uses 98% methane, coal gas or liquefied petroleum gas.

(12) There is an electronic switch on the gas pipeline. After the test, click the reset switch on the panel to cut off the gas source. The Bunsen burner automatically goes out.

(14) There is an exhaust fan on the top of the test box. After the test, toxic substances can be discharged.
