The core layer melt-blown cloth of the mask is made of high-melt PP polypropylene melt-sprayed at high temperature, and has good fluidity. Its melt index range is 1000 ~ 2500g / 10min or higher, which belongs to ultra-high fluidity modified plastics. It is impossible to complete the test using the MFR quality method. According to the ASTMD1238 standard, a displacement sensor needs to be arranged at the lower end of the piston rod, which means that the volume of the extruded material is measured in a unit time, which is calculated by the displacement of the piston within a certain time.The unit is cm³ / 10 min, which is the MVR volume method; Then through the melt density at 230 ℃, the MFR melt index value is automatically displayed in g / 10 min; in order to prevent the melt materials from flowing out of the die, this method requires a die block with good sealing performance at the bottom of the die.

The most significant advantage of this method is the elimination of the effect of mechanical cutting, which can simultaneously record the characteristics of the distance of the piston displacement and the test time, while achieving high accuracy, even for short measurement time and small piston displacement, such as: high flow rate, PP polypropylene with a time of about 0.600S.

HT-3682VM is developed and produced by Hongtuo, which meets the requirements of ASTM D1238 standard, and also meets ISO1133, GB / T3682-2018, JIS and other standard specifications; it is developed and designed for PP polypropylene high melting index, which is widely used in mask meltblown cloth source PP Polypropylene modified plastics production enterprises, melt-blown fabric production enterprises, melt-blown machine production enterprises and other industries and related colleges, scientific research institution and quality inspection departments.

The HT-3682VM-7PT temperature control core adopts an independent research and development of dual temperature control system, using dual heating coils, PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, with fast heating rate, high temperature accuracy and other characteristics, 4 hours temperature drift does not exceed ± 0.2 ℃; displacement sensor adopt Japan Omron high-precision photoelectric rotary encoder with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which can accurately and quickly monitor the displacement distance of the melt at the discharge port, that is, the MFR melt rate, the unit is g / cm3

* According to ASTM D1238,ISO1133-1:2011,GB/T3682.1-2018 standard specification, the MFR value in the above test is obtained by the MVR value and the density value under temperature at 230 ℃.

Testing procedure

(1) Turn on the power of the HT-3682VM meltblown melt index tester, adjust the level, set the temperature to 230 ° C, close the die plate, then put the die into the charging cylinder, click the temperature control button to let the instrument start heating at 230 ℃

(2) After constant temperature to 230 ℃, prepare 13 ~ 15ml polypropylene PP raw material, pour the raw material into the charging cylinder and compact it with the rod, then insert the 325g load piston rod into the charging cylinder, at this time the displacement rod is placed under the weight tray, but can not touch the piston disc, then press the 1835g load sleeve on the piston rod, click the timer, the instrument starts to count down 300 seconds.

(3) When the countdown of the instrument is over 300 seconds, there will be an alarm sound, and then click Run, and then push the die baffle away, the raw material will be extruded under the load pressure of 2160g, when the piston rod touches the encoder, the instrument will start the timing. When all the raw materials are extruded, the timing will automatically end. The MFR value of the

melt-blown polypropylene PP raw material will be displayed on the screen.unit is g / 10min.
